We pasteurise our fresh farm milk and from it produce our own award winning cream, butter and ice-cream.
Our lovely Cornish milk is non-homogenised so that the cream always rises to the top (as it used to do), and we think it tastes better this way.
We sell our milk in returnable glass bottles so that they we can use the bottles over and over again and do our bit to reduce the plastic polution. We think it tastes nicer in glass also.
We also have our own farm shop at the farm gate, and we supply our delicious products to other local business and have local milk rounds and so almost all our produce have very low food miles.
